Return Policy

1: Engines, Transmissions, and Rear Axle assy. are guaranteed to be in good operating condition for 90 days. Only the crankshaft, block, heads and valve train are covered under this guarantee. This guarantee covers replacement, repair, or credit at the option of the seller. It does not cover any other expenses such as labor, towing, emergency road service, lodging or related expense. This warranty is honored at Rocki Top Auto only. Exchange casting must be drained and returned by purchaser along with the sales receipt. Any failure as a result of an improper installation voided all warranties.

2: All mechanical parts are guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

3: Radiators, heaters, condensers are guaranteed not to leak and operate effectively for 30 days

4: Defective parts guaranteed for OVER THE COUNTER REPLACEMENT only. Only if suitable replacement is not available will credit be issued. Non defective parts are returnable fore credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Freight charges are not refundable. Any returned parts must be accompanied by sales receipt.

5: All special order parts and cut to order body sections are not refundable

6: Orders to be picked up within 7 days of notification or order will be restocked and deposit forfeited

7: Warranty does not cover labor expense in removal or replacement of nonfunctioning part

8: Returned parts must be in the same condition as when sold, warranty is voice if part has been disassembled, overheated or heat tabs removed.

9: Credit on returned parts may be used to purchase other parts for a period of 60 days from the date issued.

10: No refunds after 10 days

11: All glass, tires and electrical parts are sold “AS IS” NO WARRANTY.

12: PART IS NOT WARRANTIED UNLESS INSTALLED BY CERTIFIED MECHANIC

13: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, even return shipping costs.

14: If item is damaged in shipping it is buyers problem unless they request insurance.
